Our outdoor spaces are designed to inspire curiosity. Children investigate the natural world, take part in focused learning activities outside, and develop physical confidence through climbing, balancing and running. With their wet suits and wellies at the ready, rain never stops play.
Learning also extends beyond the nursery gates. Our children regularly visit local parks, school fields and community spaces, building an understanding of the world around them and developing a sense of belonging in their neighbourhood.
We are committed to teaching children about caring for the environment from the very start. Our nurseries are working towards the Green Flag agenda, and sustainability is woven into daily practice. Children learn about mindful energy use, water conservation through water butts, and growing their own food in vegetable patches. These experiences give children a meaningful connection to the natural world and an early understanding of responsibility.
