MiChild Annual Awards.

Recognition is a major part of life at MiChild. Every year, teams from across all 14 nurseries come together for the MiChild Annual Awards for a celebration of hard work, pride and team spirit. 

With approximately 15 award categories, including Apprentice of the Year, Room Leader, SENCO of the Year, Cook of the Year, and Nursery of the Year, the awards are nominated by both staff and parents. It is an evening of fun, pride and celebration that reflects the family culture at the heart of MiChild.
