Our Quality and Early Years Manager leads regular quality audits across all
14 nurseries, ensuring that standards are consistently high and that continuous improvement is embedded in our culture. We're quality assured and food hygiene rated by the Environmental Health Office across all settings: All meals are freshly prepared on-site across every nursery.
We invest in brand new, high-quality furniture and resources so that every room
in every setting is an inspiring place for children to learn and grow. We believe that the best nurseries never stand still. That is why we continuously review our practice, listen to feedback from families and staff, and invest in the training
and development of our teams through our dedicated MiLearning Lounge programme.
At the heart of everything we do is MiChild Matters, our bespoke child development curriculum. Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach, MiChild Matters is written in a child’s voice and celebrates the uniqueness of every individual.
The curriculum is built around six pillars of development: Independent Individual, Confident Communicator, Motivated Mover, Marvellous Mathematician, Self-Aware Super-Hero, and Logical Learner. Each pillar is designed to give children achievable, age-appropriate goals, and to give parents a clear understanding of what their child is working towards.
Developed by our practitioners and managers, MiChild Matters moves away from textbook language and instead uses creative, identifiable terms that make sense to both staff and families. It is our way of ensuring that every child receives the best possible start, supported by people who understand child development inside and out.
