We’ve been praised on our ability to successfully identify areas of improvement, as well as providing an exciting, well-planned pre-school environment which captures curiosity. Ofsted also commended our staff’s ‘sensitive and caring’ approach to our children.

Parents commend our staff’s dedicated and welcoming approach to caring for children, as well as their availability for regular discussions. They also love our activities, large playground and personal app, which provides updates throughout the day.

We make every child feel included and ensure that their unique needs are catered for. We’ll always inspire them to make the most of their abilities and individual skills. Our high standards of learning are in line with the early years foundation stage (EYFS).

Children arrive each day filled with enthusiasm, as they spend their time with us engaging in thrilling activities. In addition to an indoor space filled with all manner of resources, we have a recently-developed outdoor area which connects children with nature.

We believe nurseries are more important than ever before.
We’ve been open since Easter 1975, and have seen the world changing significantly in that time. The way that core academic subjects are taught is constantly evolving and we’re committed to ensuring there are no gaps in learning. Children also now interact with technology from an early age, to prepare them for what lies ahead in their education and future careers.
The early years of nursery are valuable in growing children’s social skills, self-esteem and confidence, particularly as the world becomes more reliant on online communication. MiChild pride ourselves on inspirational learning environments which encourage creativity, freedom of imagination and self-expression. Safeguarding children is our highest priority.
